To give you peace of mind and certainty in your booking, we have established the following guarantee, payment and cancellation policy conditions. Please take a moment to review this information carefully before confirming your reservation.

Reservation and Payment:

1.1. When booking your stay at Masia Can Constans, an advance payment of 50% of the total booking will be required.

1.2. The remaining 50% of the payment will be made at the time of check-in.

Reservation Confirmation:

2.1. Once the first payment is received, the reservation will be confirmed and the selected dates will be secured for you.

2.2. At the time of check-in, you will be provided with the key and the remaining payment will be completed.

Cancellation Policy:

3.1. More than 15 days before the reservation date: 100% of the total amount will be refunded.

3.2. Between 15 and 7 days before the reservation date: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

3.3. 7 days or less before the reservation date: No refund will be made.

3.4. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a possible exception to this policy will be considered at the discretion of the management of Masia Can Constans.

Guarantee Card:

4.1. In addition to payments, the credit card provided will be used as a guarantee in case of damage or loss during your stay.

4.2. Possible damages will be assessed and charged to the warranty card if necessary.

Check-In and Check-Out:

5.1. Check-in will be available from 18:00, and check-out must be completed before 12:00.

5.2. During check-out, final payment will be made and a review of the property will be carried out.

Return Policy:

6.1. In case of partial or total payment refund, this will be done using the same payment method used for the reservation.

6.2. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

6.3. In the event of disputes or discrepancies in reimbursement, these will be dealt with fairly and quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibility of the guest:

7.1. It is important that guests adhere to the rules of use and coexistence of Masia Can Constans during their stay.

7.2. Any damage caused by non-compliance with the rules will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the guarantee card.
